Purpose: BIORESTORE prides itself on the quality and effectiveness of its product. However, if a customer feels that our product does not live up to their expectations, we offer a money back guarantee. 

Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, customers must have used BIORESTORE on cotton garments as per the usage instructions provided with the product. We require customers to provide photographic or video evidence showing the condition of the garment before and after using BIORESTORE. 

Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase is required. This can be a receipt or an invoice showing the purchase was made from BIORESTORE or an authorized retailer. 

Time Limit: Claims for refunds must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. We believe this provides ample time for customers to evaluate the effectiveness of BIORESTORE. 

Limitations: Each customer is entitled to a single refund claim per product purchased. This limitation is in place to prevent the misuse of our refund policy. Any subsequent claims from the same customer will be subject to additional scrutiny. 

Claim Process: Refund claims should be sent to our customer service team, along with the required evidence and proof of purchase. Once your claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days. 

Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply to products that have been mishandled, misused, or improperly stored or maintained. In addition, this guarantee only covers the use of BIORESTORE on cotton garments, as it is designed specifically for this type of material. 

Changes to the Policy: BIORESTORE reserves the right to modify or change the terms of this policy at any time without prior notice. By purchasing and using our product, you agree to abide by the latest version of our money back guarantee policy, as published on our official website.
