Terms & Conditions

When you order a product under the “Try Now, Pay Later” program, you will not be charged immediately. The payment is authorized and held at the time of purchase.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to try the product.

At the time of purchase, BIORESTORE will authorize and hold the payment on your chosen payment method.
No payment will be collected during the 14-day trial period.
If we do not hear from you regarding your satisfaction within 14 days of delivery, the held payment will be automatically be withdrawn from your account.

If you are not satisfied with the product:

Contact us at hello@bio-restore.com within the 14-day trial period.
Include the following in your email, photos of:
- The garment care labels showing the washing instructions & material composition of the garment that has been laundered with the BIORESTORE product.
- Before and after of the clothing restored.
- The washing machine settings used during the laundry process.
Our team will review your submission and determine the next steps.

The program is available for all BIORESTORE products unless otherwise specified.
Customers must provide proof of purchase and product use as outlined above.
BIORESTORE reserves the right to decline a refund or cancel the trial if evidence of improper use or non-compliance with instructions is found.

BIORESTORE is not responsible for products damaged due to improper use, accidents, or negligence.
The program is offered for personal use only. Commercial or resale claims are not eligible.
