By this we mean, we started with our own worn-out clothes and our direct experience of witnessing textile waste in landfills around the world. Whilst we knew that these mountains of wasted garments could be repurposed or recycled, we wondered if they could instead be simply renewed and restored.
With 30+ years of experience from the fashion, textile and material science’s industry, we understood and shared the frustration of losing your favorite garments to time. Purpose:
BIORESTORE prides itself on the quality and effectiveness of its product. However, if a customer feels that our product does not live up to their expectations, we offer a money back guarantee. 

Eligibility:
To qualify for a refund, customers must have used BIORESTORE on cotton garments or cotton blended clothing or textiles as per the usage instructions provided with the product. We require customers to provide photographic or video evidence showing the condition of the garment before and after using BIORESTORE. 

Proof of Purchase:
Valid proof of purchase is required. This can be a receipt or an invoice showing the purchase was made from BIORESTORE or an authorized retailer.

The money back guarantee is only valid for customers who have purchased BIORESTORE via www.bio-restore.com

Time Limit:
Claims for refunds must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. We believe this provides ample time for customers to evaluate the effectiveness of BIORESTORE. 

Limitations:
Each customer is entitled to a single refund claim per product purchased. This limitation is in place to prevent the misuse of our refund policy. Any subsequent claims from the same customer will be subject to additional scrutiny. 

Claim Process:
Refund claims should be sent to our customer service team, along with the required evidence and proof of purchase. Once your claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days. 

Exclusions:
The guarantee does not apply to products that have been mishandled, misused, or improperly stored or maintained. In addition, this guarantee only covers the use of BIORESTORE on cotton garments or cotton blended clothing or textiles, as it is designed specifically for this type of material as stated on the products packaging & website.
